1. Nature of the Beta

You are participating in a private beta test for Ghost (the "Software"). This is an early-stage, experimental product. It is intended for testing and feedback purposes only. By using this software, you acknowledge that it may contain bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities that could lead to data loss or privacy breaches.

2. No Warranty ("As-Is")

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We (the Founders) make no guarantees—expressed or implied—that the burner emails will always be delivered, that your identity will remain 100% anonymous, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Use this at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Founders shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, or otherwise) arising from your use of the Software. This includes, but is not limited to:

Failure of a "burner" email to protect your identity.
Data breaches or leaks resulting from software vulnerabilities.
The loss of any important information sent to a burner address.

4. Prohibited Uses

Even though this is a privacy tool, you agree not to use the burner emails for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

Spamming or harassment.
Fraud or financial crimes.
Bypassing security measures on other platforms. We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if abuse is detected.

5. Privacy & Data Collection

We practice "data minimization." We only collect what is strictly necessary to run the service. However, because we are in testing mode, we may log technical data to fix bugs. We will never sell your data to third parties.
